Proposed to lead engineering and delivery of BrightEloy's generation stack: solar design, EPC selection, and the sub-LLC commissioning sequence across the 30 BS units.
Owns site operations, construction, and the day-to-day execution of the buildout. Translates the platform plan into a working facility on the desert floor.
Lead point of contact for prospective LPs and operating partners. Shepherds qualification, onboarding, and the LP experience across the lifecycle of each sub-LLC.
Originates corridor partnerships, vendor relationships, and the long-term offtake pipeline. Builds the relationships that turn the parcel into a platform.
Each 10 MW sub-LLC sits inside a larger platform structure. BrightPower is the parent. BrightBTC operates compute and mining. Each BS unit (BS1 through BS30) is its own operating LLC with its own LPs.
